“Through Their Eyes” Compassion Fatigue Among NQSWS Research

Aga Buckley is the Master Social Work Course Leader and Postgraduate Researcher at Kingston University exploring lived experiences of compassion fatigue among Newly Qualified Social Workers. She teaches social work theory, law,  applied social work practice and social pedagogy and favours creative and Arts-based research methods. She is passionate about relational approaches to education and social work while advocating for equity, inclusion and human agency. 

She is looking for more participants to contribute to her doctoral research into lived experiences of compassion fatigue among NQSWs in England.
